| To make it easier for our customers to purchase
SupportWindow, we now have several options for ordering. |

| Please note that all of the SupportWindow
applications and license packs are sold via ESD (Electronic Software
Delivery) only. |

| When your order is received, registration codes or
license files depending on the product will be generated and sent
via e-mail or made available for download on our server either
through your web browser or through the application interface
itself. Please note that in all cases, you need to download and
install the application software first! All of our application
registrations are specific to the machine on which they are
installed and carry a unique identifier called the "Product
id" which is required to generate the unlock codes. While this
may seem a nuisance to some, it allows us to offer the software at a
fraction of the price it would otherwise cost. A side benefit of
this way of doing business is that you get to experience exactly how
the software will perform on your machine and in your environment.
We want you to be relaxed and confident that what you are buying is

Online Ordering

| We use two services for online ordering ShareIt
and PayPal. Their secure
servers make online credit card orders quick and safe. ShareIT also
takes purchase orders while PayPal's instant payment notification
allows us to make your unlock codes and license files available in
seconds. Of course, if you have special needs we can take payment
directly by check or money order. |

What To Do
|
| There are two different ways to purchase SupportWindow applications. Each
component is either free or it has a built in interface to PayPal's online
order service. Each product has a free trial period and even after that the order
interface within the product will still function. This way of ordering is
convenient because it automatically sends the product id of your software
along with the order. After ordering, you can automatically retrieve the
unlock key through the product itself. |

| If you choose to place your order
through ShareIT or PayPal using our web site you will need to supply the
product ID of your installed product along with your order. Your unlock code
will then be sent to you by e-mail using the e-mail address supplied with your
order. You will then need to enter the unlock code in the Register option
inside the application. Note: the unlock code will only unlock the installed
application for which you sent the Product ID, also the unlock code is
timely and will only function for 24 hours from the time it is sent to you.
Should the time elapse before you unlock your product, you will need to
contact our sales department to arrange for a new unlock
code. |
